Jess is an abslolute joy to wok with. I was really particular about the home I wanted to purchase and had tons of questions. Jess never got upset with me and answered all my questions. I fell in love with a property and waht was over budget, Jess was able to speak with the seller and got the price down within my budget. I wouldn't be in my home without her. Jessica provided an amazing home buying experience for my first time. She was punctual every time, answered all of my questions honestly, and made herself available for me. Though she had multiple clients at once, I never felt like she wasn’t present. She fought for me when it came to shady developers and she ultimately got me into a beautiful home that I love. I was staying in Florida but I was looking to move to Indianapolis. I had never been to Indy so this was going to be a totally blind move for me. I searched Instagram for a realtor and Jessica's post/video was the first to show up and strangely enough her video's message was about "just trying" when it came to buying a home. I knew fate sent her my way and that she was going to be my realtor. She went to different homes and neighborhoods to see what I would like. We video chatted a lot which made me feel like I was riding along with her through each neighborhood. She really made this process so quick and easy. In fact, she found me a new build within 2 or 3 weeks AND I didn't have to fight 20-30 people for the contract because of her excellent contacts. She kept me updated often, kept her foot on the builders necks when they thought about slacking, and she even prepared me for the winter (we Floridians know nothing about winter lol). If you are thinking about purchasing or selling a house then I 100% recommend Jessica. She will definitely take care of you!
