We had an accelerated timeline to sell our home due to a relocation, and there were many remaining tasks that needed to be completed before closing and after we had moved out of state. Jim and team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish (9 weeks from meeting Jim to closing!). We were in incredible hands with Jenny, Michelle, Kimberly, Karly, and JoAnn who were all very responsive (and patient) with us at every turn. All of the above. Jim and his team were remarkable. Everything he did went like clockwork. Don’t think about another realtor. He is “The One” You absolutely need to market and sell your home. My home sold in two days and because the buyer wanted to close in two weeks Jim helped me find a wonderful moving company. His suggestions to paint and stage the home paid of in spades. His knowledge and years of experience brought me well over asking. It wasn’t only a good market. Jim did exactly the same incredible sale for me with my other home in 2008.
