Joan Garreffa

While obtaining her BA in Business Administration in 3 ½ years, Joan Garreffa was a transaction coordinator for one of the leading brokerage firms in Montana. Her husband and she then moved to Washington State where she sold real estate for two years. At this point, she became a personal relocation specialist for her young family. They have relocated across this wonderful country five times. Each move came with a growing family and its own specific challenges.

She knows how it feels to know no one in a new place and how it feels to drop her kids off at a school where they know no one. She knows the angst of waiting for her home to sell and how 3 days on the market can feel like 30. She knows how hard it is with kids to keep her home perfect for showings. She knows how it feels to wait for her home to be built. She knows how it feels to sit at a closing table in five different states. She knows how it feels. It can be overwhelming, scary, and intimidating.

Her job is to alleviate those feelings for you by making this experience fun, enjoyable, and memorable. She is confident through her seven years of real estate experience, her passion for and longevity in the business, and both personal and professional life experiences, that she can do just that!
