John Hanrahan

As a realtor, John loves sharing what he values about living in northern Colorado with clients: the beautiful weather, unending list of activities and festivals, high-ranking schools, and generous community.

Northern Colorado’s cities are often voted top choices for best places to live, but John wants to make it the best place for you to live. That means listening to your goals and finding a neighborhood and home that will meet your needs.

The career choice he made, from being a Head Golf Professional at the Fort Collins Country Club to real estate, was a natural transition for him. On the course, he developed great relationships with community members. The game taught him patience, commitment, and perseverance–all attributes that have been critical in helping clients acquire their dream home.

John makes a conscious effort to give back to his community that has given him so much by supporting various projects including CSU Athletics; Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity; Colorado Youth Outdoor; and The Gardens on Spring Creek. He is currently chairing the PR committee for the Breakfast Rotary Group. (Let him know if you would like to join him on a Thursday morning!)

John has lived here for close to 30 years. His wife, Connie, and him are avid CSU basketball and football fans. They are empty nesters and when time allows, they love to travel.
