Joseph Rosenhahn

Joseph Rosenhahn was born to work with people as well as to work in real estate. A lifelong resident of Western New York, Joseph is a graduate of the prestigious St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute and received his bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Medaille College.

Joseph's real estate career began during his senior year of college. In his first year, Joseph was recognized as a "Million Dollar Rookie" from his company. Dedicated to providing the very best service and education to his clients, Joseph continued to grow his knowledge and became skilled in 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Utilization of the 1031 exchanged allowed many of his clients sell and purchase additional investment property with the burden of tax. Joseph was his broker's youngest agent to receive the "Platinum Sales" award in Buffalo/ Niagara. Joseph has been acknowledged as a Top 100 Realtor or the Buffalo/ Niagara region which at the time was composed of almost 4,000 active agents.
