Josh Dowling's mission is to completely satisfy his clients’ real estate goals. By educating clients along the way, he intends to make them feel extremely comfortable through the entire home buying or selling process. Buying or selling a home can be one of the most stressful things you will go through. He strives to make this process stress free and a pleasurable experience at the same time. By being genuine and honest, he hopes to build lasting relationships and help clients achieve all their real estate goals. He is originally from Greenville, SC. He moved to Fort Collins in 1999 after graduating from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. He absolutely loves Colorado and all that it has to offer. Prior to real estate, he worked in sales for a national restaurant distributor. When his wife and he decided to start a family, he made a change that would give him more flexibility and more opportunities. So, through real estate, he’s thoroughly enjoyed helping clients buy and sell their homes and also sharing what a great place Colorado is to live.
