I was faced with selling our childhood home that our parents had bought brand new in 1951. I am so glad that I chose Team Lyon! They listened to my needs and wishes and took care of everything! Our house was cleaned, repaired, and staged. During this time, they premarketed our home. We went on the market on Friday and we had five offers by the end of Monday. We chose a young family with a small child. Our childhood home will now nurture and protect another growing family!

Complete and proven marketing plan, experience with all types of buyers and sellers, personality, organization, communication, ethics, track record, and they are just plain nice to deal with. I wish I had more property for them to work on! You will be doing yourself a huge favor choosing Julie, Lesley and Stephanie to find you a home or sell yours.

What can I say about Team Lyon Stahl. They sold our home last year and what an awesome job they did! They helped us get our home ready both inside and out. From the landscaping to the staging process, to positioning our home with their expertise of the market to come up with our sale price, all the way through escrow, they were there for us. We needed to have some issues fixed and Lyon Stahl team were there with a list of vendors to help us with that process. Oh, and did I mention we sold our house for 100K over asking price. This is a one stop shop kind of company that will hold your hand from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling a property.

We had such a great experience working with Team Lyon! We bought our first home in 2018 and put three years of hard work and love into renovating our mid-century home so when we were ready to sell in 2021, we knew we couldn't trust our first home to just anyone. We chose Team Lyon because of their experience and their well-rounded approach to listing our home. They helped us with finding vendors we might need to wrap up any projects we needed to make our home top-notch (new AC unit!), had a team come in to do the full video/photo/3D including sunset drone with the cafe lights and firepit to really highlight all of the best parts of our home, and they set up an absolutely fully packed schedule of showings for 4 days straight so that we were able to take our two small children and two dogs to just get out of the way while they powered through all of the showings instead of having to prepare for showings day after day while living there. With just a few days on the market, we had 40+ offers that were well over asking price!! Julie and Stephanie helped guide us through each of the offer terms to guide us in choosing a buyer for our first home and managed all of our anxiety through the escrow process and contingency periods by always being available to answer questions and concerns that would come up. We ended up closing at 20% over our listing price and broke a record for the highest price sold in our neighborhood so we were over the moon that we chose Team Lyon to represent us! When we closed, they delivered the most thoughtful thank you gift basket with personalized gifts that were really such a classy touch. Can't recommend Team Lyon enough!

We considered ourselves extremely fortunate to have had not just 1, but 2 hardworking, dedicated and seasoned professionals on our side during the home buying and selling process. They are also some of the most genuine, thoughtful and friendliest people you’ll meet. They definitely were a joy to work with and this made the stressful home buying and selling process so much easier.

If you are looking for Real Estate Agents that will have your best interest in mind on probably one of the most important life/finance decisions you’ll make, Julie and Stephanie are the Agents for you! They were with us through every step of the home buying/selling process and were always a phone call or email away from responding quickly to any concerns or questions we had.

As an example of one of the ways they helped us, Julie and Stephanie were able to recommend Jim Darr from PERL Mortgage to us as a Mortgage Lender. We were glad they did, since, after comparing what Quicken Loans (another lender we were considering) could provide us in terms of the loan rate and fees, we realized that Jim’s rate and fees were considerably lower. We decided to go with Jim and this definitely saved us money in terms of fees and the monthly mortgage payment. Just like Julie and Stephanie, Jim was just as hardworking, dedicated, responsive and cordial. We were just as fortunate to have Jim as our Mortgage Lender thanks to Julie and Stephanie’s recommendation.

We truly believe that no other agent could have provided us the opportunity to purchase our dream home as well as sell our old home in the short time that Julie and Stephanie did. Our offer for our dream home (in a highly desirable area of Torrance), thanks to a lot of hard work from the both of them, was accepted within 7 days of viewing it! We were so excited, since it was in a great neighborhood and was in a good school district that we wanted for our twin boys. At the same time, we realized we had to sell our old home as soon as possible (since buying the new home was contingent on selling our old home and the seller wanted a fast sale).

Within the same week of making the offer for our new home, we had to clean up our old house and got it ready to sell with a lot of help and advice from Julie and Stephanie. They worked tirelessly sending out mailers to all our neighbors as well as getting photographs taken of the home to be placed on Redfin and Zillow. The photographs were also used in a high quality brochure that they made for our home. When we saw the brochure we were stunned at how beautiful the brochure was. We’ve seen paper flyers of homes made from other agents when advertising homes but these went above and beyond what we normally saw! We were definitely blown away by the high quality of it. During our 2 day open house we had a lot of people come view our home (the traffic was definitely due the planning and presentation of Julie and Stephanie).

Within 4 days of the our open house we had multiple offers on the home and accepted an offer on it within a week! Then we endured the escrow process which had some hiccups but with Julie and Stephanie there (as well as Jim) we survived it. In a little over a month we closed on both the old home we sold and the new home we bought!

We are now in our dream home and will be forever grateful to Julie, Stephanie and Jim for making this all possible! Thank you!

If there were 6 stars I would give Team Lyon a 6+. They are an incredible team. The best support and service I have ever received. They anticipated every request and need and were the absolute best. We did not have an easy transaction; the property we purchased was 10 days away from being auctioned by the bank.
