My wife and I had always been renters. But we'd seen all the home improvement and house flipping shows and set out on our new adventure to purchase our very fist home, bright-eyed and full of grandiose dreams (hindsight). We were forwarded the contact info of a friend of a friend realtor who couldn't help us since he was in Colorado Springs and we were looking for Castle Rock/Denver, Remax territory restrictions, so he passed us along to another Remax agent. She was our 1st realtor interaction...ever. We met her at a Starbucks on a Saturday where she pulled up in her $80K BMW, hands covered with gold jeweled rings and though she showed us a few properties in our desired area, once we expressed interest in a bank repo and she figured out her commission from us wasn't going to buy her a new gold ring, she basically ghosted us (stopped calling, stopped returning calls and e-mails). Our second realtor interaction was with a listing agent on a property we were interested in. She showed us the property, but was disinterested in us and even in showing the house. She also bathed in perfume, a personal pet peeve. I digress. My wife mentioned we didn't have a realtor (hint hint, offer to help us) and she didn't seem interested either as she took our number but never called. I'm not entirely sure how my wife discovered Justin's info, but I'm so glad she did! As a former Customer Service manager I have higher expectations for what constitutes good customer service, but Justin nailed it! As is the the modern way, my wife and I researched things extensively online, but sometimes just simply reading something doesn't cut it. Justin was so incredibly patient with our newbie questions about everything from working with the finance company, the escrow process, title insurance, determining what our true purchase and renovation budget would be, etc. etc. Justin was willing and able to meet us anywhere from Colorado Springs to Longmont, Parker to Evergreen... I know because we ran him through those paces. Our search one time even took us into a gut churning, near vomit inducing pet hoarder house we wanted to look at. Justin didn't even flinch. And though we would sometimes have him driving from one city to the next with us to show homes, often on weekends, later at night or even, once, Thanksgiving morning, he never acted irritated or annoyed, just seemed happy to help us find our dream. Once we found our dream, Justin helped us negotiate an incredible price reduction that helped us increase our renovation budget! I cannot recommend Justin highly enough. In a few years, we're either going to rent this place out or sell it and buy a new one. We fully intend to go through Justin for this process again and wouldn't have it any other way!

His proactive approach and willingness to help, even when there was nothing immediate on the horizon, is what drew me to work with him. When I flew to the Denver area he spent the day showing me homes and discussed creative ways to structure the deal that were brilliant and enabled me to win the bid on the perfect house! Throughout the whole process Justin was extremely responsive and got back to me right away with answers. He is also a great resource for contacts and put me in touch with a fabulous mortgage broker among others. If you need an agent that is there for you 24/7, then Justin is the one ! My wife and I looked at home after home in the highlands ranch area and Justin was there every time.
