Kathleen Cartier

Originally from the Bay area and a native Californian, Kathleen has called the South Bay, specifically Manhattan Beach, her home since 1970. Kathleen attended UC Berkeley and UCLA, graduated with a BA in Sociology, and subsequently obtained her Juris Doctorate before embarking on her successful real estate career.

A consistent top producer representing South Bay homeowners and homebuyers for the past 40 years, Kathleen has become an esteemed realtor highly regarded by her clients and professionals in the field and beyond. She was selected by the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) in 2014 as one of the fourteen finalists in the state of California for the prestigious Champion of Homes award.
