Kathy was born in Mississippi, when she was 9 months old my family began many adventures living both abroad and in the United States. She attended College at the University of New Mexico earning a degree in Mass Communication and Journalism. The Colorado Rockies Baseball Club offered her a position working in the Stadium Operations Department in May of 2000. After living all over the world, she finally found a place to call home! While majority of family calls Southern California home, she continues to call Colorado the best home on the planet! Her and her husband began investing in Real Estate in 2005. We encountered many agents who were uniformed and unprepared. This continued negative experience propelled her husband to get his real estate license. Together, they learned and invested. Kathy helped her husband launch their real estate portfolio. Today they have 26 units of rental over several properties. Kathy has had the pleasure of working with buyers, sellers, and investors. Her passion is to educate and provide as many options as possible so that her clients can make the best-informed decision as possible. She works with buyers and sellers in a partnership style.
