Kathy Arents was born in southwest Michigan and has lived in Fort Collins for over 30 years. She is married to Todd, and they have three beautiful daughters and four wonderful grandchildren! She enjoys hiking and the beach, mountains and hanging out with all of them!
Kathy began her career in real estate in 1990. Education is an integral part of success. She earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation her first year in the business. She also is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation earned by less than 4% of brokers nationwide and has a master’s in real estate (MRE) Designation, which is earned by less than 1% of brokers.
INTEGRITY is also especially important to Kathy. For that reason, the Fort Collins Board of Realtors has, over the years, elected her as a director, appointed her to serve as Chairman of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees and selected her as the 2017 Realtor of the Year.
Her business focus is to establish long-term business relationships with her customers. Her business philosophy is simple and direct: She wants you to feel comfortable enough to refer her to your closest friends and associates. This will only happen if she continues to put your needs first as part of her daily routine.
She has been an active career person for years and knows the meaning of extra effort. Kathy has a strong work ethic. She is not satisfied until the job is done and done right.
