Kathy Morris

With over 15 years of real estate experience and numerous awards under her belt, Kathy's creative negotiations, positive win-win attitude, and excellent communication skills have been the key to her success. A Los Angeles native, she started investing in real estate at the age of twenty-three with the purchase of her first home, but it was not until 5 years later that she turned her love of real estate into a career. Whether it's working with a first time homebuyer, a developer, a seasoned investor, or on a luxury home listing, Kathy prides herself on her superior service and attention to detail that helps her clients smoothly navigate the buying and selling process.

When Kathy isn't selling real estate she loves taking walks to the beach with her husband, watching her son play hockey, and leading her daughter's girl scout troop through cookie sales. She is still an active part of her Kappa Kappa Gamma alumnae group working with local philanthropy and is the scholarship chair for young collegiate women.
