Kelly C. Lindauer

Kelly's love affair with Charlottesville began when she was a teenager taking the train from Atlanta to come visit her sister at UVA. After graduating from UVA Architecture School and then earning a Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from UGA, Kelly found herself being drawn back to Charlottesville.
She returned permanently in 2001 and since has been involved in land planning projects, real estate development, home building, real estate sales, marketing, and advising. Kelly actively listens to her clients and enjoys helping them explore ideas and visualize possibilities. Kelly has a keen understanding of not only buildings and land, but contracts as well. She loves advocating and negotiating for her clients. Kelly values the connections that she has made with clients and community members during her decades in Charlottesville.
