It’s difficult to put into words, our appreciation to Kevin and his wife Maria. They were a great team. Tenacious, professional, caring, the definition of work ethic, friendly, sincere are only a few. Kevin contacted, negotiated, and stayed on top of roof and termite inspections, landscaping improvement, all required repairs (cleanup, painting, re-plumbing, installs, fireplace work, termite, dry rot, roof repairs, and all other work). They did not miss a detail. They kept us informed efficiently and effectively and helped immensely with all the paperwork. They worked with other agents, conducted open houses, and staged the home expertly with awesome and honest advertisement. Kevin’s market analysis was thorough and the set price was optimistic. We got the price very quickly with a 20% down buyer and 17 day close. They got us ready for dealing with title. Kevin performed with grace and consideration every step of the way. We are so grateful to them both. My wife and I are recommending Kevin Lee to all for their realtor needs. He is in our opinion, the very best.

Kevin is an excellent Real Estate Professional. We took over a year to find the right property and Kevin was with us every step of the way. He quickly learned our likes and dislikes and kept searching for the right property. Once we found the right house, he helped us through all of the inspections by setting everything up for us. He advised us on what to ask for and helped us negotiate a great deal with the seller. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone who needs someone to make the buying process a smooth success.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Lee during my recent homebuying journey, and I cannot praise enough his professionalism and dedication. From the moment I met him, I knew he was a dedicated professional. And although I was not able to purchase my dream home, working with Kevin was a very enjoyable experience.
I met Kevin when I walked into the open house of my dream home. The home I thought would be the home where I would see my 10-year-old daughter grow up. I saw myself living there forever and I would be getting old in that home, I desired to.
