Our first realtor could care less about us. They posted on mls and went about their way. We were recommended by a neighbor to use Kim Harp who grabbed the bull by the horns. She gave us recommendations on what to do to make our hone appealing etc. she advertised , got the word out and found the correct price we needed to be at. She stayed in touch often with follow ups etc. Super knowledgeable in all the closing aspects and other paperwork involved. Happy to say our home sold and we are using her to help with our new home purchase also. We never could have done it without her. Super personality and super smart.

Kim was amazing! I'm a first time home buyer and she helped walk me through the process, answered all my question almost within the hour if not immediately, and found me a perfect home for me and my family. She's my realtor for life and I will refer anyone and everyone to her. 10 out of 10!

Kim did a fantastic job helping me understand what was really important to me in a home purchase, and selected homes to visit based on her extensive experience and the type of community I wanted to live in. I feel that Kim was dedicated to finding me a home and was an advocate for me the entire time. My new house is everything I wanted it to be. Overall, I’m very happy I chose Kim as my real-estate agent.

Kim Harp just helped me purchase my first home and she did a fantastic job. From start to finish she was transparent, honest, communicative, and overall extremely helpful. I was clueless going into the home buying process and she helped me understand every step from figuring out what type of place I’d want to live in to helping me understand the closing documents when I finally made a purchase. She did not simply tell me what was going on at each step; she taught me what to expect so that I could make my own informed decisions.

Kim’s knowledge of the South Metro Denver area meant that she could give me detailed information on the neighborhoods I was considering before we even visited, and her experience with all types of homes meant that she was able to provide insight for each place that I had never considered.

Kim was also very good at helping me see the potential in fixer-uppers, and I ultimately bought my place based partially on the vision that she helped me create of what the place could look like with a little sprucing up.

Kim did a great job of making herself available at times that fit my busy schedule, and she always came to showings and other meetings very prepared. Overall, I feel that I bought the perfect home for myself and I have nobody to thank more than Kim.

We recently bought and sold our home through Kim Harp. She was such a joy to work with. She has your best interest in mind and goes out of her way to keep you in the loop and in constant communication. There are so many things that go into buying and selling your home, that you really need someone that you trust and is truly knowledgeable about the process.
