Laura Erwin values honesty, responsibility, loyalty, and open communication with her clients. Laura has been a licensed real estate agent in Colorado since 2015. Since then she has listed close to 100 properties and represented buyers throughout the metro Denver area. And like House to Home founder Joan Cox, she works hard to build long-lasting relationships with her buyers and sellers.

Laura enjoys all aspects of real estate, including construction and interior design. Specialties include working with investors, first-time buyers, and relocation clients. Her southern roots inform her unique perspective on the value of real estate investment in Colorado.
