very informative of the area we were looking at. very knowledgeable about other selling agents. We were first time home buyers, and he understood that, so no question was a stupid question. Made us feel comfortable about the process of buying a home and we weren't surprised with anything. I purchased my first house when I was single; when I got married, my wife and I were looking to upgrade to our first home together. So, we contacted Brian Thomas about listing the old house for sale and purchasing another home. Brian was very attentive to our wants and needs and provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. He began by visiting us at the old house to get a first-hand look at the property for sale, then immediately scheduled a no-charge consultation with his interior designer to assist us in readying the house for sale. Despite a slight down-turn in the housing market at the time, Brian successfully marketed our property and we closed the sale in less than 4 months after listing it. When it came time to search for our new home, Brian eagerly accepted our extensive criteria (a very exhaustive list!) and still found more than 10 properties for us to view. No request was too much for him; Brian showed us only those houses that exactly matched our specifications. When we selected the home we wished to buy, he immediately drafted up the offer letter and ensured it was promptly delivered to the seller. At this point, some buyers' agents will disappear, figuring they've earned their commission and don't need to work anymore. Not Brian; he stayed in close contact with us and made the effort to be personally present at all events, including the assessment, inspection, and closing. Even after closing, Brian checked in with us every week or so for awhile to make sure everything was going well, and even dropped in to visit about a month after we had settled in. His attention to detail and commitment to his customers above all else are what make Brian stand out among the many Realtors in the business. We always recommend Brian to friends, family, and even strangers on the street when they are looking for a Realtor, and we will definitely use him again for all our future real estate needs.

I had a horrendous time getting into a house. The first house I was under contract on, the seller went into foreclosure. The second house, the one that I now own, I had struggles with the financing, but it all fell into place in the 11th hour. Throughout the process I was continually WOWed by the Bramer/Thomas Team. Brian was helpful in every way that he could have been helpful in assisting us to both buy and sell our home. He took extra steps to help sell more quickly such as hiring an interior decorator to come in and provide assistance in how to deck our place out to make it more sellable. We had a contract on our home by the second day it was on the market if I remember correctly. Then when choosing the home we wanted to buy, there was never any pressure to huury it up or anything. He was with us to look at as many as we wanted to look at. That was four years ago now, and we are looking to move in about another four years or so.
