Lisa Fallon is as passionate about people as she is about real estate. With more than three decades of business and customer service experience, she knows that strong communication and building relationships are key to success. That’s why Lisa treats her clients as if she were buying or selling a home for herself, personally overseeing every last detail, from listing homes, to preparing properties for showings, to negotiating contracts. She provides constant support for her clients, working long hours to give them all the information they need to make the perfect sale or close on their dream home. A small business owner for more than 40 years , Lisa has honed her business acumen and design expertise, allowing her to visualize and communicate a home’s real potential from both a financial and a design perspective. After graduating from the Art Institute of Houston with a degree in graphic design, Lisa began her career as a graphic artist. She leveraged her experience from the Art Institute to build a successful business focused on interior design, event planning, and promotional products. In this role, Lisa expertly managed large-scale projects—like acting as the buyer and decorator for a movie set—and she brings her attention to detail, people skills, and clear communication to her real estate career. She is consistently ranked in the top 2% of real estate brokers for sales production. As a real estate broker, Lisa focuses on building strong relationships and understanding her clients’ needs and goals. She works seven days a week, and her clients know that they can always reach out to her for advice. Whether she is meeting with contractors, negotiating with builders, or helping her clients talk through big decisions, Lisa is a tireless ally. Buying or selling a home can be an emotional process, and Lisa will be there for her clients every step of the way. Lisa lives in Denver with her husband of 38 years and their two dogs. She has four grown children and and three grandchildren and enjoys snowboarding, golfing, and spending weekends in the mountains.
