Lisa went above and beyond in so many ways. Lets just say I had a very difficult sale. The property, a former rental, needed a lot of maintenance to be presentable. Lisa worked tirelessly to get contractors lined up, and get the property on the market quickly. She was also very straightforward about pricing, providing excellent comps and having an honest conversation about how my property truly compared to those other recent sales. We agreed on an aggressive price, and got an all cash offer at list price in about 4 days. I could not have hoped for a better outcome. Lisa then helped shepherd us through the closing despite working with several very challenging participants and 3rd parties - communicating tirelessly all along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa or use her again if I have further needs to buy to sell in Colorado. Lisa was simply great in every way.
