I was referred to Luis, a Realtor who my own family used and I am so glad I was. I had been looking for an apartment for several months. I did not have an actual Realtor because I could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help me find an apartment. Luis was the first to really listen to me. Find out exactly what kind of apartment I was looking for and where, and anytime an apartment came on the market that matched my criteria, made sure I knew about it immediately. I had to search Zillow and then ask previous Realtors I'd had if they could show me an apartment and then hope they could find the time. Luis always made the time. If it wasn't exactly when I asked it was within a half an hour and he was always already at the apartment and waiting for me with answers to any questions I might have about it. If he did not know the answer, he found it, then and there.
Luis is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. I was very picky when it came to finding my apartment. It took 2 months with numerous showings. Luis worked hard for me and never gave up even when I almost did. I am happy to say I am in my second apartment now, thanks to Luis’s efforts and I'm very grateful. I love my new apartment. I would recommend Luis to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the place you are looking for rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission and move on and will work hard to make sure that you not only find a place, but your home.

Luis, Jessica and the team are absolutely the best they guided me through the selling of my property and helped me pick out the home of my dreams. I decided it was time to move to a better apartment during the beginning of the covid pandemic. Although things are different now Luis made the experience so easy. I told him exactly what I wanted and found what I needed so quickly. He stays on top of everything and we looked at many listings in the matter of one day. Excellent work! We had tried for years to sell our home. Multiple realtors and even for sale by owner. Not one single offer. Decided to give it one last shot and chose to work with Luis and within days we had multiple offers and then under contract. My husband and I came in to see Luis a few months back because we found out we were expecting our first baby. We just wanted to gather as much information as possible about purchasing a home. Luis was very honest and although it was a bit of a shock to us, not once did we feel discouraged. He has a genuine way to make you feel like nothing is impossible and encouraged us to keep working towards our goal. We both loved his honesty and his willingness to help.
