A friend recommended Marie Roberts. When I called Marie and explained what we wanted, she immediately started taking us to numerous listings. On one home we made the first offer but were outbid by a cash buyer. Although we were disappointed, that home became our benchmark of what we wanted. Undaunted, Marie kept finding homes for us. In one day, Marie showed us 10 listings. No one's ever gone that far to help us out before. The last home we saw that day, was the home we bought. It was similar to the home we got outbid on, and we were very happy with that choice. Marie wasted no time and got an offer in on our home immediately. We closed pretty quickly on this home and we've been happy with it ever since. Marie is like a TIGER. She wastes no time and she gets things done ASAP. Marie is smart, focused, communicates very well, and she's just sharp as a tack. We whole heartedly recommend Marie 1000%. She'll find you the right home and she won't waste any time finding it!

Marie was amazing from day one. She heard our story, told us that she would get us the house we wanted as well as needed. It was very apparent that she was invested in our family and we weren't just a paycheck. Marie went above and beyond. Her communication was consistent and was quick to respond when I had questions. From inquiring to closing she has been nothing but exceptional. We have been trying to get a house for 3 years, 3 different realtors. Marie was it, our Christmas house miracle. Looking for houses to an offer being accepted within 2 weeks. She knows her stuff and gets to know and understand her clients.
