Melissa had a head start learning the real estate industry as her mother was a realtor for over 30 years in Florida. Now, with over 12 years of realtor experience on her own, Melissa has seen it all and can handle any type of transaction! She specializes in residential homes, new builds, foreclosures, and commercial properties while also having success in finding investment rental properties for her clients. It’s also easy for Melissa to keep tabs on the mortgage rates as her husband works for Cherry Creek Mortgage, as SVP of Capital Markets. Leveraging her expansive real estate experience & industry contacts, Melissa knows how to deliver smooth and secure transactions for her clients! Outside of work, Melissa is a mother of two children currently in college (Mines & CU) and enjoys playing golf & tennis at her local community in Castle Pines.
