Meredith Johnson

After seven years in commercial real estate, most recently with Cushman & Wakefield’s top performing Capital Markets team, in 2014 Meredith joined Sotheby’s International Realty to pursue her passion for luxury residential real estate and expand her practice utilizing an institutional approach to assist clients in making the most educated buying and selling decisions.

Meredith’s objective is to draw from her transaction experience to bring an elevated level of technical and market expertise to residential brokerage. Having had the privilege of representing both intuitional and privately owned corporations in the disposition of commercial real estate assets including Bank of America, Angelo Gordon, AIMCO, Essex Property Trust, Equity Residential, Citicorp, Prudential, AIG, EVOQ Properties, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors and RREEF, Meredith delivers exceptional service with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Her results-driven real estate services have resulted in being named a Top Producer with Vista Sotheby’s International Realty two of the past four years (2015 & 2017).

Currently a resident of Redondo Beach, California and originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Meredith enjoys the outdoors! Blessed to live in the beauty of Southern California her active lifestyle includes running, cooking, traveling and never turning down a game of poker. She is an avid sports fan, still cheering for the Minnesota Vikings and loving the success of our Los Angeles KINGS!
