Michael, a graduate of Mercyhurst College who holds a master's degree from St. Bonaventure University, sees his dual-major in management and psychology as key tools in his sales success. He made a career switch after first exploring the banking and financial services industry, ultimately seeking greater flexibility and new opportunities.

A never-ending quest to better himself led Michael to complete the Top Gun and E-Force professional sales education programs, as well as Dale Carnegie & Associates professional leadership training.
