Working with Nicole has always been a great experience! My initial contact with Nicole was 7 years ago when I was looking to purchase my first property. Being new to the process can feel a little challenging, but Nicole took the time and patience to help me find a purchase a property. Once things were complete, Nicole did not just disappear. She would still check-in from time to time or drop a note, just to make sure things were ok.

When it recently came time to sell, I knew Nicole would once again be my trusted partner. She has always been friendly and easy to talk to, while providing the professional insight and guidance you need. Just like the first, this experience did not disappoint. Everything from listing to closing was smooth, quick and efficient thanks to Nicole’s knowledge, experience and great communication. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for an agent and would be happy to work with her again.

Working with Nicole was a terrific experience. Having never bought, rented, or owned property before, I was completely new to the process and needed someone who would guide me through the process with kindness and patience. Nicole was exactly the agent with those qualities I was looking for and I felt that I could always reach out to her with questions via email, phone call, or text no matter how silly I thought the question might be or no matter the time of day or day in the week.

She always made time to chat with me, guide me through the process, visit properties I was interested in and gave her opinion, and sat down with me through some of the heavier paper work. The care and attention that was dedicated to me was well above what other agents had offered my family in the past, and I highly value that human interaction.

I could not recommend Nicole more highly! She was a gift helping me successfully through the sale of my home of 17 years. Nicole brought a lot of creativity and resources, on the financial side for sure and equally for the logistics, which was completely daunting and overwhelming for me. The emotional challenge was equally huge, and Nicole provided me terrific moral support, as much and whenever needed, cheering me on and encouraging me through the process. The sale of my house went amazingly according to an extremely optimistic timeline set out and achieved my financial goals, which meant so much to me. We met Nicole years ago and she helped us purchase our first place. Since then, she has stayed in touch with us. We finally outgrew our place, and it was time to find the next one. Even with limited inventory and multiple offers she was able to help us secure a great new home. Nicole is a strong negotiator who is always in communication, so we always know where things stand. She is straightforward and is always available to answer any questions and provide us with support when needed. She is our go to agent.

Hands down, Nicole is the most savvy and strategic agent in the business. My initial experience working with her was in buying my first home. It was not an easy escrow and there were many issues that needed to be taken care of from legal issues with my current landlord, to FHA loan issues, to negotiating with the seller due to the condition of the home. Nicole was a rockstar and honestly, I'm confident that another agent would not have been able to be as successful at getting everything successfully dealt with. We WON on every point because she knew what to do and had the team behind her to get the job done.

We have worked with Nicole on many other things and she is always responsive and available to us. She is now part of our network of professionals and dear friend. She has been a valuable resource on so many things from from finding a good handyman, to looking for investment properties! Nicole has helped many of our friends buy their homes as well.

Nicole Costas is the most terrific real estate broker you could ever ask for. I live in New York and was selling my brothers house in LA. Nicole handles everything. She went way beyond what brokers do — emptied his house out for me — shipped me things she knew I’d want to keep — delivered his clothes to charity - - even personally delivered his scripts to the Writers Guild to use for teaching ( her idea). Nicole Costas is not only a great agent but also became family with us in our eyes. We purchased our forever home with using Nicole as our agent.

She went above and beyond as an agent, had the time to show us some homes on our timeline, walked them and pointed out issues we have not have seen.

As a first time homebuyer, I knew that I would have a lot of questions. And, to add on the stress of buying during the Covid pandemic, I knew that things would not be easy. However, Nicole made everything go so smoothly. She was available via text, phone, and email to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot!!). As a teacher, I appreciate that she helped me through the process and helped me understand not just the "what" but the "why" and "how". The whole time I knew that she was fighting to find the best deal and home for me. She's honest and straightforward, and has still been helping me even after my sale has closed.
