When searching where to build our forever home, we were fortunate to connect with Paige and find Fox Hill. Once she heard our concept, she worked with us and our agent to find the right lot option. We put a deposit on it that day! We quickly scheduled to meet three great builders, shared our vision and we're totally impressed with their professionalism and options. We knew Greg was the right fit for us! The process moved quickly, and before we knew it our designer, builder and Paige met our team at the lot for home placement. Paige already had a vision for the lot, and our builder and designer agreed. We have an exceptional view, and love the elevation from the street. I have dealt with a few realtors and properties over the years. After roughly a minute of Paige sitting in my kitchen, I knew that I had graduated to a different level of realtor. She laid out a very clear, strategic picture of the current housing market and her ideas of how to market, list, and price my house. While it was clear that she had researched her vision, she actually sought my opinion and feedback on her plan. The experience instilled a lot of faith in her, and I couldn’t be happier that I entrusted her with the sale of my house. Throughout the process, she calmed any doubts I had through her experience. When she said on numerous occasions, “It’s my job to worry about that,” she meant it, and she never failed. She was always extremely quick to respond to any questions, no matter how silly they seemed. Paige has reset the bar for me, and I can’t imagine ever going through another real estate experience, buying or selling, without her.

The 2021 summer and fall real estate market was one of the busiest and saw the most increase in home prices.
