Incredible, personalized service. Patrice was the best realtor we’ve ever had, professional and courteous but also warm and friendly. To say that Patrice goes above and beyond is an understatement! She was there day or night to answer questions for us, from contract minutiae to potential commute times, Patrice will find an answer! Once, when we had to walk in mud to look at the exterior of a house and it caked up my wife’s new boots, Patrice sprinted over to the contractor’s trailer and washed the boots when we had gone inside. Seriously, I will not buy another house without Patrice.

Patrice and Tricia are simply the finest Realtors I have ever done business with. Further, they are great humans too! During a turbulent end of 2019 for me, unknowing of the pending COVID pandemic coming down the pipe fast, Patrice helped me navigate a surprisingly volatile buyers market to find a new home to settle into and enjoy time with my family. The personal touch Patrice brought with her to every showing and open house was tremendously comforting. She treats me (still!) like one of her own sons, and that is truly an honor.

Searching for your forever home is one of those things that takes patience and time, and it was so nice to have Patrice there for guidance and support through it all.
