Paul is a great realtor! He is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! He had excellent tips for getting my house ready to sell. He brought in stagers to help reimagine the space for ideal appeal. He personally helped me repair a broken railing on my back porch - he even shopped for the spindles and cut the wood! He also finished touch-up painting of a few baseboards when I had to leave for a last-minute trip just before going on the market. I was blown away by these extra efforts - he went above and beyond by far! He added online marketing to traditional avenues, and held lots of open houses. He was patient and reassuring all along the way, and communicated well throughout. I always felt like I was in great hands with Paul. I highly recommend him to anyone who’s selling their home and wants a true professional to lead the way.

Words cannot describe what an amazing job Paul did for us as our realtor! He was extremely patient with us as we searched for our dream home. We can go into a whole array of stories for why this man deserves 5+ stars!! But the one that has always stuck with me is just that… This was no walk in the park for Mr. Jansen when we began the journey about 2 years ago. A stubborn bull headed first time home buyer was probably the last thing he wanted to ever come across. Unknowingly of what a Friendship this business transaction has created for many years ahead.
Mr. Jansen going above and beyond is an understatement to say the least. This man stuck by my family’s side until the very end, ensuring our purchase was protected and both his client’s were well satisfied.
I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Jansen other than BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!!

Realtor Paul Jansen was a constantly kind, knowledgable, and experienced advocate for my family when we were looking to buy a home in Northern Colorado's Front Range. He's a realtor with absolutely zero pressure, and a clear focus on what you need out of your residence! We couldn't have had a better realtor to find us our home. We had not chosen a city yet, so he worked with us to identify possibilities in the areas of Boulder, Longmont, Loveland, Westminster, and Fort Collins. While walking through properties he informed us of the pros and cons of specific home features, as well as the regions they were located in. He gave us kind and patient education about how to make the most out of the process, and that really made the experience very comfortable for us. He helped us navigate the rapidly changing housing market seamlessly, answered our questions and requests graciously, and overall is a wonderful person to work with. His warm smile and laugh made looking at residences a pleasure rather than feeling like a chore.
