Pete Palumbo is the Senior Director of Project Management in the Savills Colorado office and is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of projects that contribute to business development and optimal operational processes. His diverse skillset encompasses all aspects of a project, including developing project scopes, generating budgets, leading strategic plans, managing assets and resources, and leading capital planning for complex real estate projects.
With over 25 years of experience, Pete’s accomplished career has been dedicated to real estate, construction, and architecture. Prior to joining Savills, he was the Director of Real Estate at Charter Communications, where he was responsible for the strategic direction of all construction-related activities for offices, retail stores, call centers, technology centers, relocations, reductions, and remodels. Pete has also held various leadership, consulting, and project management positions with Comcast Cable, JLL, Exton, LLC, and WorthGroup.
