Phil Mazzocco

Phillip Mazzocco is an established real estate agent, investor, property manager, and Co-Owner/principal of FirstTeam Real Estate. A Long Beach native, his extensive knowledge of the market and deep connection to his community enable him to guide buyers and sellers in achieving optimal results. Phillip has closed hundreds of property deals and has overseen more than $300 million in transactions over the last decade. In addition, he has forged countless relationships with clients who have come to value his integrity and professionalism.

Phillip grew up in a family of successful real estate and construction entrepreneurs, giving him a unique perspective and comprehensive skill set. An adept investor, his analysis, marketing, and negotiating abilities contribute to his strategic approach with each property he represents. Moreover, he takes pride in his commitment to his clients’ needs, guiding them through every detail of the buying or selling process.
