Rich Minn

Rich is a born entrepreneur who found his true happiness and calling as a Realtor!

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Richard moved to Minneapolis to begin building his real estate dreams over 25 years ago and it’s been his passion ever since. Rich has hands on experience and vast housing market knowledge in the cities, suburbs, towns and urban living areas in the Minneapolis market.

Before his passion met his profession as a Realtor, Rich put his business skills and background in the construction trades to work by purchasing old dilapidated houses and rehabbing them for sale or use as long term rentals. Rich was able to leverage his skills as a property manager and building inspector on the over 27 properties he bought, sold or rented individually or in partnerships.

Becoming a Realtor in 2002, Rich knew that he had found his professional home.

Immediately becoming a graduate of the Realtor Institute, (GRI Certified). Understanding the market place both as an investor, an agent, and a home owner.
