Richard Jacobi

I began my career in real estate in 1991. I met my wife who was a teacher a few years later and we have stayed quite busy--raising 3 teen age daughters, and volunteering with our church and schools. We enjoy many things NOCO offers including sports, the outdoors and the spectacular mountains.

I love the friendly communities and welcome the opportunity to serve them. I like to sit across the table and listen to a buyer or seller’s story about why they want to move and how to best help them. Each client I work with I consider like family and enjoy guiding them to the best decisions for their situation.

Experience

I have 32 years of real estate experience including negotiating contracts, anticipating issues, marketing property, finance options, and communicating with clients. Over those years I have developed many great personal relationships as well as business relationships with Broadcom, HP, Zoom and Lockheed Martin and many others. I have been recognized with awards for President Circle, Global Luxury, and Relocation.
