Finding a really effective real estate agent when dealing with buying and selling is a major challenge. I strongly support Mr. Robert Proctor as an agent to use. From the start, his advice on the sale od Mom's house at 970 Grant in Loveland was accurate, useful, and supportive. As challenges came up during the sale process, Robert walked us through with confidence, patience, and accuracy. His communications with us was constant and timely, allowing our input and answering questions.
At no time did I have any doubt as to his knowledge, experience, and expertise. His efforts in helping us reach our goal, including getting a very satisfactory price, were most satisfactory. I would highly recommend Mr. Robert Proctor!

For years. Rob has helped me with advice, research and let me know of potential real estate landmines. Rob thoroughly knows Loveland and what is developing.
