Robert Skillman

Growing up and living in Northern Colorado his entire life, Bob has seen many changes and growth in the area. He attended high school in Fort Collins, college at University of Northern Colorado in Greeley and he has been living in Loveland ever since. Bob cannot see himself living anywhere else! There are so many opportunities for employment, housing, playing and just relaxing.

He started his real estate career in 2009 after serving 20 years in the local fire service. He has enjoyed every day being able to help people realize their dreams and goals of homeownership. He has been active in the Loveland Chamber of Commerce along with local and state Realtor® Associations.

He works hard to build mutual trust with his clients and ensure that he fully understands what their buying and/or selling needs are in order to help them meet their goals. By doing so, he is helping them get where they need to be with as little stress as possible and on-time.
