Roger Reithemeyer is a commercial real estate professional with NAI Capstone, a regional commercial brokerage and asset management firm which is an affiliate of NAI Global. Based in the dynamic and fast growing Northwest Arkansas region, Roger specializes in medical office buildings, site selection and acquisition, market analysis, office leasing, and tenant representation.
Roger received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management as well as a Master of Business Administration-International Business from John Brown University. In addition, he holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, a distinction held by only 6% of all commercial real estate professionals.
Prior to joining NAI Capstone, Roger worked thirty-six years for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., serving in multiple divisions, including many years with the Walmart Realty Division. While with Walmart Realty, Roger was responsible for land disposition, tenant leasing, special projects, and realty management. He was recruited to the Walmart Health and Wellness Division in 2008, and has worked in several different areas in support of the health and wellness integration into store operations.
Originally from Northeast Arkansas, Roger and his family have resided in Rogers, AR since 1993 and are very active and engaged in the Northwest Arkansas region. A life-long lover of Track and Field athletics, Roger is an official with the USA Track and Field Association and was thrilled to see many of the athletes he has met participate in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
An avid outdoorsman, Roger enjoys scuba diving, winter camping, and boating, as well as being a private pilot and watercolor artist. His two Golden Retrievers, Emma and Madelynne, are seldom far from his side.
