If you are on the fence about which realtor to hire, look no further! Sandy will take such great care of you whether you are buying or selling. She is an amazing negotiator and really goes the extra mile to ensure that everything runs smoothly. When we sold our house in Colorado to relocate to Georgia it was such a stressful time but the one thing that I did not have to worry about was selling our home. She took care of absolutely everything! And she is one of the kindest people that you will ever meet. Truly.

We spent a YEAR looking for our dream home in a very competitive market. We move a lot and have worked with many local realtors. I would guess we toured nearly 75+ homes with THREE kids with lots of competing/changing criteria between the Mr. and Mrs. Sandy is patient, has a great sense of humor, and is always quick to defuse a buyer meltdown (child or adult). She is responsive and well-connected which is important is such a hot market. When we finally found our home, she paid for a professional organizer to help us unpack and settle in and brought the kids' snacks and dinner for the family. Thanks to her help, we were about 70% unpacked on day one! I don't just consider Sandy a great realtor, she's also become a dear friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to prospective buyers/sellers!!

We couldn’t be happier with Sandy and the amazing job she did selling our home. She is professional, knows her stuff, and sold our home in its first weekend on the market, even when others around it had been lingering for weeks. Plus, she is simply a joy to know. I can’t recommend Sandy enough.
