Seidahlf Hakimi co-founded Avenue Realty Group in 2020 and took the role of CEO after a successful career with other brokerages in the Los Angeles area. With a specific niche in single-family homes, commercial, development, and gas station transactions, Seidahl’s clients benefit from his years of diverse experience and expertise. Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Seidahl worked in the oil industry as a trader and retail consultant, which has helped fine-tune his negotiation skills as well as being able to create resources and opportunities for his clients in real estate.
