We spoke with Schulem Schnitzler of eRealty Advisors and then met with him at our home. He spent a lot of time answering our questions, providing data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market. We were concerned that our house, which was located in Hurleyville NY would be tough to sell. Schulem Schnitzler made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps that were needed to to get our house out on the market.
When we finally listed our home his hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off – Schulem was able to match the perfect buyer for us, The FIRST buyer that saw the property put in an offer.
Our house went under contract 2 days after we put it on the market. And we closed 18 months later. Although I know that seems like a long time to close but that was the time we needed and Schulem went above and beyond to make that happen for us.
In a world of often Broken Promises Schulem Schnitzler delivered he is the real deal he was a man of his word, was able to match the perfect buyer with our unusual circumstances.
I've would recommend Schulem Schnitzler of eRealty Advisors to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
