Staci is an absolute rockstar! I cannot recommend her highly enough. She’s the best (and last!) realtor you’ll ever have. There are countless reasons you should work with Staci, but I’ll explain my top 3. First, Staci will invest time upfront to understand you and your needs. Staci often articulates my homebuying hopes better than even I can, finding homes that exceed my expectations as a result. Second, Staci’s expertise goes far beyond purchase price. She’ll help you understand homes in terms of long-term return on investment, scope of work required, fit for your lifestyle, nearby utilities and nuisances, walkability to things you care about - the list goes on. Finally, Staci will earn your trust & fight for you. She never once advised me based on her own bottom line; rather, she advised me based on what would make me happiest long-term. That meant spending extra time hunting for something unique, which very few agents would have encouraged much less suggested. And when it came time to negotiate, she consistently hit it out of the park on my behalf. If it’s not clear by now: work with Staci! You won’t regret it.

I have worked with Staci on multiple transactions and can't say enough positive things about her professionalism, passion, knowledge and constant dedication as a Realtor.

With Staci's help in a transaction, I truly feel like I have a PARTNER who strives to understand MY real estate needs and then sets out to MAKE IT HAPPEN.
