Steve Houy has listed and sold two houses for me, and one for a friend, throughout the years. He is extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable, and kind. My friend had experienced financial troubles and when forced to sell the house at a loss, Steve refused to take his commission in order for the sale to go through.
