Sung is by far my favorite realtor to work with. I have worked with realtors before but what sets Sung apart from the others is that he will always have you in his heart. You are not just another buyer/seller. The most important thing he has done for me in the past prior purchases was understanding what exactly I am looking for. Some realtors will only make you feel that they have your best interest, but in the end, you'll see that it wasn't the case. Sung just has this ability to feel and understand. His negotiation skills are phenomenal. I'd ask him if we should request for repairs, etc... and somehow, he gets the selling party to do it. It just blows me away. On top of that, before I even got to my loan conditions, he already took care the ones that doesn't require my personal information. His extensive knowledge was a big plus on my most recent purchase. The home was on well water and septic tank so it requires more than just the basic home/roof/pest inspections. Sung took the initiative to make sure that the well, septic and all areas were inspected and certified. If you are looking for a realtor, anyone will do. But if you are looking for one that will take care of you, walk you through step by step and answer all your questions, I can't think of anyone better than Sung.

From start to finish, Sung was exceptional. He helped us view many homes before we found "the one." His communication was top-notch—always quick to respond. He was quick to answer all our questions or concerns, and kept us updated every step of the way. He is very communicative and prioritizes his clients. He gets the job done, has many connections in the community and is very knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Sung was absolutely the Best person we could have worked with! Being that it was our 1st time purchasing a home he was extremely informative and available at all times. He made the buying process which can and is a bit nerve-wracking fun all while ensuring we were doing what was in our best interest (budget)..he made sure to give us his opinion when we asked and also was open with us when he felt based on our conversations - when something was a bit too much for us to take on..which, to be honest was 100% refreshing. Sung was in contact with us every step of the way giving us updates as they happened. He was available if we had questions..which we did! Tons of them & was also extremely helpful in giving us a heads-up if he felt we might be met with an issue. He was completely two steps ahead at every turn and was able to help us with referrals when needed. He did everything he could to help us reach our goal of owning our 1st home. Our experience with Sung was excellent! My husband and I were house hunting from out-of-state, and he exceeded our expectations with always being available to answer questions, giving video tours, and showing houses to family members. Because we were unfamiliar with the area, his knowledge of the neighborhoods and surroundings was invaluable. I asked many questions and he kindly answered them all without frustration. Having Sung as our Realtor was the best decision we made. Moving from Washington to California was a big move, but knowing we had Sung looking for the perfect house for us was a huge relief. Sing was patient, informative and most important a steward of what we were looking for in a home. My partner and I bought our house in a bit of a whirlwind but Sung was incredibly patient and responsive to all our needs during the quick process. We had many questions, and he was always available to answer them via phone calls and texts. I have worked with Sung both as a buyer and a seller (first time for both) and I have absolutely zero complaints and nothing but nice things to say. I would like to start by saying that Sung is a fantastic real-estate agent who actually cares in your well-being when looking for a home. I’ve reached out to Sung almost 8 months ago and he has not disappointed me when taking down notes for what I was asking for. He was very detailed in what I was expecting when looking at houses/duplex and was constantly following up with me to update his list. I’ve bought two homes in the past with different real-estate agents thinking that it can’t get any better than that until I met Sung. During the process of buying my new home, I was extremely busy with my new job and Sung helped me throughout the whole process make the transition as best as possible. Unlike my past agent where I bought my home and it was just simply done, Sung still till this day (3 weeks later) calls me to check on how things are going to give me support by guiding me to the right personnel when needed. For example, my garage came apart 1 week after purchasing my home at around 7pm at night, Sung came straight to my home to help assist me with the garage and called the contractor out to get it fix right away. Now that right there my friends, is a great Agent and now a friend of mine. If you are out there looking around for the right agent, look no further and call Sung!
