Susie Forrest

Back in 1998, John Forrest was busy roasting gourmet coffee for the thriving business he and Susie owned together…Shaky City Coffee. As fulfilling as that was, he wanted to build his family’s wealth by buying and holding real estate, so he became a licensed Realtor. As their kids got older, Susie passed the Broker’s exam and in August 2004, Forrest Properties was born. At a time when ‘everyone and his brother’ was jumping into real estate sales, the Forests were crafting their mission statement: Ethics Before Profits. These three powerful words have become the foundation upon which their boutique brokerage continues to thrive and more importantly, they are what makes Forrest Properties stand apart from the crowd.
