About Tara

Tara and Connor Wagner created The Wagner Group recognized the need for local professionals with knowledge of agriculture, land acquisition, and homes with acreage. Their backgrounds in ag and business marketing lent perfectly to this. Together, they formed The Wagner Group (TWG) within PMZ in 2017.

Tara and Connor met attending college in San Luis Obispo, where Connor earned his degree in Dairy Science from California Polytechnic State University. After Tara’s brothers passing, she decided to move back home to be with her family and complete her degree at California State University, Fresno in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship. Soon after, Tara and Connor married and together moved to Ripon, where Connor began to manage his family’s ag operation in Escalon. They welcomed their third daughter this year and are excited to raise their family in the valley.
After purchasing their first home, Tara fell in love with all things real estate and knew she wanted to get into the business.

She transitioned from a career in marketing and joined PMZ. Shortly after, Connor became a licensed REALTOR® specializing in ag real estate. Since then, they have been awarded the Masters Club Award from the Central Valley Association of Realtors and have been recognized by PMZ with the Multi-Million Dollar Awards and Top Producer Awards, and have closed many residential/agricultural transactions across the Valley.

As Valley natives, the Wagner’s believe in valuable connections for their clients when it comes to buying or selling their home. Connor and Tara’s strong backgrounds in marketing and ag contribute to an ideal toolkit for their clients, making The Wagner Group a knowledgeable resource as they handle transactions confidently. They see the agriculture industry from all angles and specialize in large properties and land acquisition while utilizing their strengths for the benefit of their clients.
