Terrie is a phenomenal buyers agent.
She is patient, professional, knowledgeable, always accommodating, and thorough. She will always get you answers to anything that comes up.
She is also great at keeping you informed of the process, where you are in it, and what’s coming up so you always know what to expect.
She has a teaching background and I think this shines through as she continues to educate you throughout the process of home buying.
Oh, and she always has snacks. Lots of good ones, so you never get hungry when you are house hunting.

Let me start by saying that Terrie has the patience of a saint! We are not easy clients, but Terrie spent many hours explaining to us what to expect regarding the home-buying process and toured numerous properties with us. She is impeccably organized.

She helped us navigate the home-buying process during a global pandemic. She kept us calm despite all of the twists and turns brought about of the Stay At Home orders, and she helped us negotiate a fantastic deal on a great house!

More than all of that, we gained a great new friend for life. I cannot recommend Terrie B more highly!
