Todd is great to work with. He knows his market. He’s honest and communicates often. He had sold another home on our street, so we knew Todd would know what to do. Nice guy too. What else can you ask for? Nice guy who is a professional agent... A+ from me.

Todd Patterson worked really hard at selling My home and My Parents home. My home sold really quick. My parents home took a little longer but Todd rode it out with us and we made a good sale. He also had very good advice anytime we needed it.
