Tommy was great to work with. He was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and aimed to please. I’d been working with Tommy on and off for about two years with trying to find a home. My search got put off completely due to personal circumstances and Tommy was understanding and reassured me that when I was ready, we would get back to searching. He didn’t try to hurry me and I respected that.

Fast forward to now, I’m in the home that Tommy helped me find, and as a new homeowner, it was all so overwhelming and Tommy did a great job at making the process easier.

I would recommend Tommy to anyone as he leads with kindness, he’s respectful, and has a lot of knowledge. He has become a great resource for me.

We started talking with Tommy in February/March about potentially moving. We were in no rush and wanting to see what was out there. He was very good about listening to us (since my husband and I weren't entirely on the same page) and we wanted in a new house. I honestly didn't think it would be possible to find what we wanted, in our budget. But Tommy found it and we were under contract by mid May on our dream home. I had a few little freak out moments in selling our house and Tommy was so easy to talk it through and ease my nerves. All without making me feel like I was being over the top or a burden. Saying he and Diamond are easy to work with is an under statement. They made the whole buying and selling process so much easier than I ever thought it could be. If you're looking for a realtor that listens to what you want/need and doesn't make you feel like a number or a pay check - look no further!! Tommy is your guy for sure!

I'm not even sure I have to words to describe how pleasant and reassuring it was working with Tommy and team. I am a first time homebuyer and really had NO idea what to expect from my first house buying experience but I can honestly say that this was not it...in the best way possible. Tommy was super responsive from the beginning without being pushy or overbearing. The right amount of informative to ease my typically high anxiety personality, without overdoing the fluff and the process was far simpler with Tommy and team around than I could have ever expected. I learned with such a high pressure business as buying a home in northern Colorado, it is important to have someone that truly understands and can relay the process to you piece by piece.

I feel like I was prepared to stumble my way into buying a house and Tommy really helped me feel confident in the experience from start to finish! Thank you, thank you!

As a first time home buyer I initially thought that I would be able to go at it without an agent. Big mistake on my part. Tommy was the preferred agent recommended through my wife's work and he made a great impression right off the bat. In our initial phone conversation he talked us through the process and never seemed pushy or too opinionated about how he thought we should proceed. He listened in detail to our needs and made recommendations that were appropriate to our priorities.

During our search for homes we discovered very quickly that because the market in our area was hot you need someone with the local expertise putting together an offer that would stand out. His ability to navigate us through the process of making a strong offer not only in price but terms of the contract is what really stood out to me. It was always a very though out and methodical process which eliminated any emotional response that we would have as the buyers.

His responsiveness to questions and concerns was always swift and detailed and when we did go under contract he made sure the process was as smooth as possible. When and if we ever decide to sell our home I would certainly be using him again. Anytime we talk to friends who are looking to buy or sell their home he is our first recommendation.

We met Tommy while looking at a home he had listed but decided to go in a different direction. Tommy left a lasting impression so we decided to list and buy with Tommy although we did not purchase one of his listings. He always had our best interest in mind and went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we were hoping for. As we got close to closing we ran into a difficult situation with the seller that would have effected Tommy, he did not let this stop or slow the process and continued to do what was best for us throughout. We would highly recommend him to any family or friends as I genuinely believe he put our best interests first. We would never consider working with another realtor after working with Tommy.
