Troy Williams

Born & raised in York, Troy graduated from York High School and went on to get his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Entrepreneurship, at the University of Southern Maine. Having had a strong interest in real estate from an early age – even purchasing his first property as a teenager – Troy received his Associate Broker licenses in Maine & New Hampshire immediately upon graduating from USM in 2010.

Every consecutive year since 2012, Troy has been the #1 agent in “the Yorks” – an area comprised of York, Kittery, South Berwick, and Eliot – by both number of homes sold and dollar volume. Since 2017, Troy has been the #1 agent in York County and #2 out of all agencies for the entire State of Maine.

Williams Realty Partners founded in January 2014 when Troy joined Keller Williams Coastal Realty. In his new office, he surrounded himself with a team of experienced agents and has provided excellent service to his clients while also growing his business every year. He is immensely proud that WRP has held the spot as the #1 Keller Williams team in New England since 2017. He attributes the success of WRP to building a team of specialized experts for each piece of the real estate process with a robust administrative support staff, different from the traditional method of one agent doing everything from start to finish. This model is designed to provide the client with white glove service and a stress-free experience.

In the York Community, Troy is active both as a business owner and a volunteer. In 2018, WRP was named Business of the Year by the Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce. This award was presented in recognition of their innovative approach to real estate and their contributions to the community through active volunteerism and service with their commitment to give where they live. In 2017, Williams Realty Partners was the Sponsor of the Year for White Pine Programs, providing scholarships to twenty-four families. In addition, Troy was a mentor in the York schools from 2006 until 2016 and is on the board of directors for the York Chamber of Commerce where he is the co-chair of the Scholarship Committee and Government Affairs Committees. Troy is happy to donate the WRP trolley for use in many community events and fundraisers.

Troy and his wife Renee live in Cape Neddick with their sons, Boone, and Frye. They own and manage a dozen vacation rental properties in the York Beach and Wells areas. They enjoy traveling – especially to warm climates – and spending time on the beach together.
