Vivian grew up in the South Bay and is a graduate from Loyola Marymount University, where she received a B.B.A. with an emphasis in Business Management.

After graduation, Vivian launched her career in Los Angeles, where she began her specialization in business processes and development in hospitality, construction, and design. Respected by her colleagues for her problem solving and leadership skills, Vivian is a focused listener with a direct and strategic approach. Her ongoing commitment to her clients’ distinct needs combined with her impeccable taste for design make her the perfect fit for investors and home buyers and sellers in the vibrant Los Angeles and Southern California real estate market.

Vivian is an animal rescue advocate, and enjoys golf, photography and producing sustainable art pieces out of her family's studio located in the LA Arts District.
