Bill has been specializing in and selling residential properties in the South Bay for the past 11 years. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and has a Physician Associate Degree from UCLA Medical School in Los Angeles. Prior to his real estate career, Bill and his partner owned, marketed and operated a successful Emergency Clinic in West Los Angeles for two decades. Bill’s integrity, people skills and compassionate demeanor when dealing with patients has served him well in his real estate profession. Bill is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Green Certified, e-Pro, SFR and CDPE.
