Davidson is a great school. The people are nice and kind, especially to new people. It's a special kind of community at Davidson. Everyone is supportive of each other.

I have been at Davidson Fine Arts since my sixth grade year and have seen the entire school inside and out. Some of my favorite things about my school are the Choir program and the Track and Field Team. I have been in both of these my entire time at DFA, and have grown both personally and collaboratively with others. Also, you can go to any teacher, about anything, and they will do everything in their power to help you, no matter the cost to themselves. Everyone at DFA looks out for each other, and we help each other with anything and everything.

The best thing about my school is the fine arts it's a great way to express yourself through your craft and they help build your craft if you decide to pursue it throughout college and into your life. The worst part would probably be the food the lunch is honestly a hit or miss sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad. I would like to see the teachers not work the students so hard to the point they are crying at home stressing about getting work done in time and having to stay up late.

Excellent, so far. Two of my grandchildren have been in Davidson since 6th grade. This is truly a magnet school. It will challenge your child's ability and prepare them for college, if they are up for the challenge.
